I had my hair consultation with dr arshi . My sister recommended this clinic to me, and i had avery good experience. The clinic is very nice and well maintained. Dr arshi explained everything very clearly and took proper medical history before suggesting the treatment or medicine. I felt very comfortable and satisfied with consultation. I had a very positive experience at the clinic throughout my laser sessions. Sakshi, who handled the preparation before each session, was extremely polite and professional. She always made sure I was comfortable, explained what she was doing, and maintained a calm, respectful approach that made every visit easy and stress-free. The aestheticians who performed the laser treatments were equally professional and attentive, taking care to ensure the procedure was smooth and comfortable. The overall experience at the clinic has been excellent. The reception staff are warm and welcoming, always smiling, and very helpful with scheduling or rescheduling appointments when needed. They also followed up after sessions, which showed genuine care for their clients. The clinic itself is very well maintained, clean, and follows hygienic practices. Overall, a very reassuring and professional place for treatments.
